Thrown into a pasture and left to die, Carter was found by a volunteer. Although his sister was too far gone to save, with lots of care and attention, Carter survived and turned into an adorable puppy and a wonderful dog. He was adopted into a loving home.
Luckily, thanks to Cinderella Pet Rescue, Carter will never have to suffer like this again!
